Our selection process will be as follows:
Depending on location and the role, candidates may participate in a mix of telephone and face to face interviews. As candidates progress through the process they will be interviewed by a variety of people including Line manager, Human Resources and Senior Management.
For senior roles, job profiling may be required and this is done through a variety of psychometric tests to match the candidate to the job as well as better understand their personality, capability and interests. This is also used for future learning and development needs identification as well as coaching the candidate to increasing their awareness.
As we conclude our recruitment process, we conduct reference checks to verify your previous employment and capabilities. We do not contact referees without your express permission.
